Refugees and Asylum Seekers

We work closely with government agencies to provide quality counselling. Our social workers can also help with social issues and can help you find your independence in this country.

Refugees and Asylum Seekers often arrive to Australia with significant trauma, stress and emotional burden. They require support to understand and accept their past, and to find a way to look to a better and brighter future. Additionally, they need qualified professionals to help them understand the Australian culture and the Australian way of life. In particular, they need guidance in education, employment, adapting family and parenting practices and integrating into the community.
